What material is the pull up banner printed on?

We print using high-quality Yupo paper which exceeds the industry standard. You can be assured of brilliant colours, coupled with our lamination which protects against UV-decolourization, giving your prints the ability to last for a long time. 

Yupo paper is weatherproof, waterproof and tearproof.

Re-using your pull up banner system is an affordable way to create more display solutions for your retail front or your showroom. Just come back to us! The cost of replacing is significantly lesser than buying a brand new one. The pull up banner stand consists of the banner system and the artwork. The spring system needs to be in a good functioning condition for us to replace the artwork for you. Not to worry if your pull up banner has been purchased from another supplier, we can always work with you to replace your model.

If you wish to design your pull up banner yourself, here are some tips.

1. Use large fonts for headers or call to actions so customers can see your banner from a distance.

2. Most pull up banner designs include background, whether it is a main background or main up of several sections. Ensure your text and background have contrast so there is clear readability.

3. If your banner is displayed in a mall or outside your store front, opt for a main message and some form of promotion to attract your customers.

4. Ensure there is no important text or content at the edges of the pull up banner, to prevent them from being cut off.

What if I have the design but not sure if I can print it in a different size?

Our lightning prints design team will help you check your pull up banner design. Send us your working file for your pull up banner file, which is usually in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF (Adobe Illustrator). We can assist with the checking if adjust the size if necessary. Sometimes, the design can be repurposed for a different sizing, sometimes it can't. Our team will check and assist accordingly.

So we work with them to design a hybrid product of pull up banner + foam board or pull up banner + transparent folder. In this way, the content of the roll up banner can change every day without having to buy multiple pull up banners.

Can the pull up banner be placed outdoors?

We usually recommend pull up banners to be placed indoors. As pull up banners cannot withstand wind, it will need to be secured to a stable structure if you wish to place it outdoors. Some of our customers place it outside their shophouses, and secure the pull up banners to the piping or structural columns outside their shopfront.
