You can upload in PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG & AI.

2. Is there a minimum resolution that I should adhere to?

If you are submitting a vector file, you won’t have to worry. Otherwise, we recommend 300 DPI. Read our blog post "What is the Correct Resolution of my artwork?" to find out more!

3. What are your different shipping options?

4. How can I place my order?

Simply head over to our website lightningprints.sg and click on the product you would like to purchase.

5. What are your methods of payment?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex. You will be prompted to key in the required details on our payments page.

6. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, it is at $10.

7. Can I opt for a custom size print on your website?

Yes you can! Drop us a line at ask.lightningprints@gmail.com and we’ll assist you from there!

8. What’s the quality of your Pull-up Banner like?

We print on synthetic paper using ink pigment. Each banner comes with an aluminum base and for your convenience, we provide you with a carry bag as well.

9. Can I engage you to design my banner/ artwork?

Yes, you can! Our design fees are as such - $50 for 3 revisions. If you require any more than that, we’ll be happy to assist you! Email us at ask.lighningprints@gmail.com to get started!

10. Is there a discount for bulk purchases?

This depends on the volume of order, do contact us at ask.lightningprints@gmail.com or chat with via Whatsapp at 98267596 for a quote!

11. I have issues regarding my order, what do I do?

12. I need an urgent print job. Can you help?

If you have prints that you urgently need, email us at ask.lightningprints@gmail.com or call us at 98267596. If we are able to expedite, we will do so. This depends on the type of prints and the volume you are printing.

13. Refund policy

We offer refunds in terms of our store credits. This will be automatically deducted the next time you place an order. However, if your order has been processed, we will not be able to provide any refunds.

14. Are you under the same company as Print For Fun & Serious Prints?

Yes, they are our sister brands. We hope to cater to all of your printing needs!
