1. What file formats do I upload in?
You can upload in PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG & AI.
2. Is there a minimum resolution that I should adhere to?
If you are submitting a vector file, you won’t have to worry. Otherwise, we recommend 300 DPI. Read our blog post "What is the Correct Resolution of my artwork?" to find out more!
3. What are your different shipping options?

4. What are the collection timings?
You can collect your products anytime from 930am to 530pm. We would recommend you come down later in the evening.
5. How can I place my order?
You can place an order directly on our website lightningprints.sg and click on the product you would like to purchase.
6. What are your methods of payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex. You will be prompted to key in the required details on our payments page.
7. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, only for our Sticker Products, we have a minimum order value of $20.
8. Can I opt for a custom size print on your website?
Yes you can! Drop us a line at cs.lightningprints@gmail.com and we’ll assist you from there!
9. What’s the quality of your Pull-up Banner like?
We print on synthetic paper using ink pigment. Each banner comes with an aluminium base and for your convenience, we provide a carry bag as well.
10. Can I engage you to design my banner/ artwork?
Yes, you can! Our design fees are as such - $50 for 2 revisions. Email us at cs.lightningprints@gmail.com to get started!
11. Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
This depends on the volume of order, do contact us at cs.lightningprints@gmail.com or chat with via Whatsapp at 8023 6458 for a quote!
12. I have issues regarding my order, what do I do?
Please contact us via email at cs.lightningprints@gmail.com with your order number.
13. I need an urgent print job. Can you help?
If you have prints that you urgently need, email us at cs.lightningprints@gmail.com or call us at 8023 6458. If we are able to expedite, we will do so. This depends on the type of prints and the volume you are printing.
14. Refund policy
We offer refunds in terms of our store credits. This will be automatically deducted the next time you place an order. However, if your order has been processed, we will not be able to provide any refunds.
15. Are you under the same company as Print For Fun & Serious Prints?
Yes, they are our sister brands. We hope to cater to all of your printing needs!
