What type of finishing I can use for PVC Banner?

We get this question from our customers who are printing PVC banners.

There are a few types of finishing for PVC banners. Finishing refers to the work done on the material after printing is completed.

1. Eyelet finishing

This is the most common type of finishing. We will fold the sides of the banners and seal them up. Then we will punch eyelets along the sides of the banners. The number of eyelets depend on the size. Generally one eyelet every 1m is safe. If it's a large banner, we don't recommend just 1 eyelet per corner as the weight of the banner may tear the banner material.

2. Pocket finishing

This is the kind we see along the roadside where childcare centres and People's Association banners tie up on the metal frame. The pocket allows for a wooden pole to be inserted into both ends of the banner to stretch out the banner evenly.

3. Sewing finishing

This type of finishing is typically for double sided banners.
